Are you seeking security or adventure?

There is no security without truth. Adventure without truth is cartoonish and dangerous.

Every time I see the photo of a masked ICE agent, I think why would a person who is defending our country hide their face? This is what members of the KKK did in the middle of the night and what bank robbers do in daylight. What has changed.? What is the truth?

Were the images we watched of the Capitol attack on January 6th fake? Were the longtime employees officers who described to us over and over how badly they were beaten lying to us? Were these people who were pardoned innocent? Will the images proving their innocence ever be released? Do the American people deserve the truth? Or was this footage of this trip to our Capitol just a cartoon?

How can one be secure when one person is stating consumers will not bear the brunt of tariffs, and yet every reputable economist is saying otherwise? What is the truth? Or is this an adventure full of folly that will those who can least afford it most? What is the truth?

Were the Epstein files just another politically convenient lie to demonize political adversaries or was Elon lying about a President being in the files? Were classified files taken to Mar-a-lago and were there refusals to return them to proper agencies? What is the truth?

Is the United States still a nation of laws or are morphing into something totally different? Does the American dream still exist? Is Christianity a religion or a political party? Does it make sense to cut the benefits of the few to expand the wealth of the many? Does it make sense to cut proven immunizations of the many to protect a few or to save money? Is it good government to take a jackhammer to a government that has served us well but certainly needed improvement? What is the truth?

There are so many questions and truth matters. In the absence of truth, security, adventure, freedom, democracy, equality, America, love, forgiveness, courage, integrity, justice, and even truth itself are just nebulous concepts.
