I do remember life before the internet, and admittedly I sometimes long for those days. I miss lying there in your arms, basking in my afterglow and not wondering how many likes I had on WordPress. I miss basking in the morning sun, feeling the light wind blowing across my face as you caressed my fingers and not having to fight off the urge of looking to see why my IWatch was vibrating. Now don’t get me wrong, I totally love having the world at my fingertips and being able to reach out and touch hundreds of faithful friends with just a few keystrokes. But oh how I miss the smell of your musky sweat mixed with Absolu Aventus…now that you’ve left us.
I must admit I enjoyed this momentary departure from Politics…to this romp with Romantic Comedy.
