I attend city council and county commission meetings. I attend board of education and election board meetings. I am a member of civic organizations. I attend church. I volunteer. I knock on doors to get people out to vote and support my candidates. I conversate with people I know and strangers. I visit the elderly in my community…because they did it for my elders when I was working 50-60 hours a week. It’s my turn. I’ve always done these things but, in my retirement, I have stepped it up! And, I do and always have cast my VOTE in every election. I just do it!
