If you have been bamboozled by Trump, don’t feel alone…it happened to almost half the American voting electorate, and it happened to some of the most astute businesspersons in the state of New York. As the judge explained about Trump and his sons, this is who they are and what they do…they have a “propensity to engage in persistent fraud.”
Trump and his cohorts have convinced a lot of people that Trump was great for our country…I beg to differ. He was great at one thing…dividing us.
When Biden was sworn in, we were tripping over dead people. Trump gave better tax cuts to the wealthy than to those who needed it…and the cuts for those that needed had expiration/sunset dates. Mexico did not build a wall and they certainly did not pay for one.
Trump had higher immigration than Obama…Trump didn’t fix it, he put a big nasty, ugly band-aid on it. If it was fixed, we wouldn’t have the problem we have today. He and his family continue to grift, terrorize and lie.
The debt soared…not only because of COVID, but because he was a spender. Trump alienated all of our allies and tried to blackmail Ukraine to win an election…that he lost. And after he lost it, he tried to steal it.
He and his family continue to grift, terrorize, lie and worst of all…they continue to whine. And yet, Grogan and others…continue to endorse. The Republicans have no great candidates, but they do have candidates who are far better than Trump.
As for the choice between Biden and Trump, I would vote for Methuselah before I voted for Trump. And as for Biden, in spite of his age, the constant badgering from this former President, Trump’s House of fools, and worldwide inflation, he continues to do good things for the American people, our country, and democracy. He continues to try to figure out and navigate this mess that was left by the former President, and while also moving forward.
If you cannot be a part of the solution, then get the hell out of the way of those who are trying to find them. We must stop this assault on our nation. As Cassie Hutchinson is shouting from every corner and mountaintop…”Enough.”
